  How does it work ?

You MUST BE 18+ YEARS OF AGE to sign up for a membership that is $40. I'm sure you can invest $40 and double that amount with referring a new member. That $40 you pay goes to benefits and insurance that is well over $150,000 (in case you are wondering where your money is going). That near as much love the military gets so take advantage now !! How do you get paid  ?

Once you sign up with us, you will receive a MCA associate welcome message to your E-Mail. Its VERY IMPORTANT that you click on the 1st link you see so you can download your associate forms. The first form is your direct deposit form. This form is where you fill out your banking information and after you fill everything out you are to fax it to the company at. The fax number is (405) 607-2500.

    Next you fill out a associate agreement and W-9 form and send them to our headquarters in Oklahoma. The address there is

Some states require a licensing form. If your state does than you also need to mail that to the same address above along with the W-9 and associates agreement for. There should be a link under the licensing form to tell you if your state requires one
